B&K promotes ‘pairing and sharing’ with new menu
The new menu will include nachos with tortilla chips made from used beer grain and beer-can chicken wings.
The prime idea behind the menu aims to bring beer pairings to the forefront of dining as well as encourage friends and family to come together.
To the forefront
B&K marketing manager Gail Bunn said: “We are always keen to meet customer demand as well as continue to create innovative drinking and dining experiences for all customers.
“With a range of exciting dishes such as Beyond Meat burgers, beer-can chicken wings and chocolate fondues, all of which can be paired with a specific beer, it is great to be able to bring food and beer pairings to the forefront of the craft beer industry as well as something exciting for all of our consumers.”
Following from their summer menu, B&K’s new seasonal offering intends to warm up the chilly winter nights.
Winter warmers
B&K has been focused on delivering new experiences since its foundation in 2013.
The company was founded by Kris Gumbrell and Simon Bunn in 2012 and opened its first Brewpub in 2013 and Brewhouse & Kitchen is now listed in Stock Exchange Annual ‘1000 Companies that Inspire Britain’.
Other new dishes include a range of winter warmers such as vegan Beyond Meat burgers, baked Camembert and chocolate fondue with marshmallows, mini doughnuts and salted caramel profiteroles to dip.
Bunn continued: “We are really excited about this new menu that has just recently been launched across all of our pub sites up and down the country.”
