Knipe re-takes control at Blackrose
Knipe made the strategic move to preserve the north-east-based company's brand following its insolvency under previous owners.
The move marks a turning point for the business, allowing it not only to continue with existing contracts, but also allowing it to trade independently and grow its management portfolio.
The company said the move was testament to Knipes' commitment to the brand’s legacy, and his extensive knowledge and experience would reinvigorate the Blackrose name and position it for sustained success.
"I am thrilled to announce the acquisition of the Blackrose name and the opportunity to lead the previously successful brand into a new era," he said.
“Under the new structure, Blackrose will operate as an independent entity, having already successfully secured the continuation of previous management contracts, we are now also thrilled to be able to take on new clients within the private investment sector and hospitality industry.
“This move ensures that we can adopt a more agile approach whilst placing greater emphasis on our clients and their investments. We will also continue to develop our pledge towards complete transparency and honest relationships with our new and existing partners alike.”
Knipe has also committed to invest into the existing Blackrose team, creating new and exciting roles. "Our amazing people are the backbone of Blackrose, and we are committed to developing an already positive and collaborative work environment as we move forward in our new venture."
Existing customers and stakeholders should expect a seamless transition into the new structure, the company said, with the business launching its new web pages to invite inquiries from prospective clients in the coming days.
