New equipment and products
Carpigiani has launched a new range of Multiple Choice ice cream and milkshake machines.
The new units can produce up to three different soft serve ice creams and up to four different flavours of milkshake and are aimed at reducing queue times for busy operators.
Scott Duncan, sales director at Carpigiani, said: “The beauty of multiple choice is that it gives operators the freedom to increase their product range while still utilising one appliance – perfect for vendors with compact kitchens and kiosks where space is at a premium but a quality offering is a must.”
The new units feature a self-pasteurisation system and require a deep clean once every six weeks.
Duncan added: “With the additional ability to offer indulgent, ice cream based shakes from the same appliance, customers will be delighted with the options and flavour choices available.”
Funnybones turns up the heat
Funnybones Foodservice has launched new South American-style sauces.
The range includes Encona Peruvian Amarillo Chilli Sauce and Encona Mexican Smokey Jalapeno Sauce and is aimed at operators who want to experiment with ‘exotic’ tastes and street food.
Encona Peruvian Amarillo Chilli Sauce is available in 142ml bottles and Encona Mexican Smokey Jalapeno Sauce is available in a 285ml "squeezy" format.
