March's done deals
Two East Midlands sites feature in our gallery of pubs sold. The Nag's Head in Stapleton, Leicestershire is a two-acre pub that has been sold to a local chef, while the last pub in Great Casterton, Rutland also has a new owner. Moving south to Hertfordshire, there is the feel-good story of a first-time pub buyer securing the striking Croxley Green pub, the Coach & Horses. South east of London an experienced operator has taken on the Star Inn in Thaxted, Essex. While our final stop is Evercreech, Somerset for a freehouse with three letting bedrooms and a skittle alley that has a new owner with high hopes for enhancing the site's offer.
